We measure client satisfaction by listening to clients and implementing feedback that requires action. We measure our client's satisfaction for a number of reasons. For one, we want our clients to see how invested we are in their happiness. Secondly, we are driven to be ever evolving and continually improving our product and service.
We evaluate our performance regularly through client surveys via email, phone and in person. Our level of client service is measured with a questionnaire, provided with each tax return. Furthermore, we discuss all feedback in our team meetings. By informing clients that we are open to both positive comments and constructive criticism, we often goal set from the sincere feedback gathered.
The successes of our evaluation tactics have been visibly apparent. Not only do clients comment that we provide exceptional service, they often return throughout the year and for similar services annually. When a client returns for additional services, refer us and provide positive feedback, we know we have done our part. In fact, more than 95% of our business is from returning or referred clientele.
